Drag Class RulesGENERAL RULES Cars can be no wider than 3 1/2 inches centered at any point. Center of wheelie wheel axle to center of rear axle is 5 inches or less. Guide flag must be hidden when viewed from above with exception of altereds and motorcycles. Any car crossing the center yellow line is an automatic disqualification. A car must take the green light but does not need to finish to aquire a win light. Any car running faster than it's dial in will be disqualified. With exception to a car crossing the yellow line, the computer has the final word as to who the winner is. All races are run on a double qualifying attempt. Bracket racing will qualify using reaction times. The top 16 qualifiers then run a single elimination for the event. There are no buy backs. Lane choice will be based upon the previous round. These rules apply to all classes unless otherwise specified.

CLASS RULES Bracket Any car, truck or vehicles following the general rules mentioned above. A dial-in elapse time (ET) will be given to the race director before each pass. Breakout conditions apply. Racers may enter as many cars as they like.

The following classes are run during our Nationals events. Visiting racers will be given some liency with cosmetic portions of the rules for all classes. Please call or email with any questions. All records are set only during our National's events.
COMPETITION ELIMINATOR CP/EL This class is similar to the Bracket Class with the exception of all cars will give a one time dial-in at the time of sign up. Racers may enter only one car.
FACTORY SUPER STOCK F/SS (similar to SS/A) RECORD HOLDER Russ Scheler .922 et/42.51 mph This class runs heads up on a full tree.
CHASSIS - Any factory or hand built chassis. Motor must be place in line. INTERIOR - A detailed multi-color 3-dimensional plastic or Lexan interior with driver is mandatory. BODY - Plastic or resin two door american car between the years 1955 and 1990. The car must have a back seat from the factory. Body must retain all of the factory lines. Factory and manufacturer correct hood scoops no higher than 1/4 inch are permitted. Factory rear spoilers only. No chopped tops, sectioned or narrowed bodies, laid back windshield posts or grills. Body must have complete front and rear bumpers. body must have head and tail lights except for those with factory covers. Windshield and rear window must be in place. Rocker panels may not be shaved or altered in any way. In simple words it needs to appear like a factory car. SPONSORS AND DECALS - Body must display at least one large sponsor name on each rear quarter panel or each door. Sponsor name or words must be a minimum 1/4 inch high letters. Drive name may take place of sponsor on doors. Multiple decals are encouraged. Factory specialty cars such as Yenko, COPO, Shelby or Judge with identifying graphics do not need sponsor decals. Cars with these markings must have all decals and identifying parts (Hood scoop, spoilers, etc) applied making the body a factory specialty car. If you have a specialty car not mentioned, ask before assuming its ok. Not all specialty cars are exempt from sponsorship. TIRES - Any tire or wheels combination on 3/32 axle. Rear tires must be .500 wide at the contact patch. MOTORS - Parma sealed Super 16-D part number 502 only. Brushes, springs and endbell hardware may be changed. Shunting the brushes are permitted. GEARS - Any 64 pitch pinion and crown combination. WEIGHT - Minimum 125 grams dry.
GASSERS AA/GAS RECORD HOLDER Jake Knarr .906 et/41.88 mph This class runs heads up on a full tree.
![]() CHASSIS - Any factory or handbuilt chassis. Motor must be mounted in line. INTERIOR - A detailed multi color 3 dimensional plastic or Lexan interior is mandatory. BODY - Plastic or resin 1970 or older car or pickup. This includes El Camino, Ranchero, and Corvettes. Car must have full fenders, grill, and headlights (excluding tear drop style headlights). Cars without a hood must have a detailed engine. Pickups must have either the full bed floor or a full tonneau cover. No pro mod style rear wings. Rocker panel should cut the bottom of the rear rim and the center of front axle creating a nose up angle. SPONSOR AND DECALS - Body must display one large sponsor name on each rear quarter panel or door. Sponsor name must be a minimum of 1/4 inch tall letters. Driver name may take place of the sponsor on the doors. Multiple decals and era correct paint schemes are encouraged. TIRES - Any tire/wheel combination on 3/32 axle. 100% of both the front and rear rims must be visible from the side. Rear tires may not extend more than 1/4 inch past the quarter panel. MOTOR - Parma sealed Super 16D part number 502 only. Brushes, springs and endbell hardware may be changed. Shunting the brushes are permitted. GEARS - 64 pitch 14 tooth pinion with any size crown.
EDGE FUNNY CAR E/FC RECORD HOLDER Matt Cox .876 et/44.27 mph This class runs heads up on a pro tree
![]() CHASSIS - Parma Edge Chassis kit #582 or equivalent pieces. Front axle must be in the top most forward hole supplied by the manufacturer. No cutting, drilling, or grinding of the chassis in any form. All standard parts in the kit are to be used. No ball bearings. Parma wheelie wheels only. Parma stock guide flag only. No cut down, Red fox or other guides permitted. Bracing may be added where desired behind the motor mounting plate. BODY - any Lexan Funny Car body from any manufacturer. A scale rear spoiler may be added. No other additions are permitted. No belly pans. Interior is optional. All bodies must be painted at least one color. Windshield and side windows must be clear. A minimum of 50% of the front and 100% of the rear tires must be visible. TIRES - Stock Parma, PSE replacements or Pro Track #222 only. Tire dia must be between .950 and 1 inch. Parma tires must be .500 wide at the contact patch. Pro track must be .435 wide at the contact patch. Rear axle may be shortened. No shiming or spacing the rear tires. MOTOR - Parma sealed Super 16D #502 only. Brushes, springs and endbell hardware may be changed. Shunting the brushes are permitted. GEAR - 48 pitch 9 tooth pinion only. Any 48 pitch Parma pink crown 25 - 35 tooth. No drilling or shaving the crown.

CHASSIS - ANY. Minimum length 10 inches guide flag to wheelie wheels. BODY - Any plastic, Lexan or styrene. Must be painted. All cars must have a multi color detailed 3-D engine. All cars must have a multi color detailed 3D driver. Rear engine cars must have a rear wing at least 1/2 inch above top of 3d motor. TIRES - Any WHEELIE WHEELS - Maximum 5 inches length center to center. MOTOR - Parma Super 16D # 502 armature only. Any D can. Rotor cans permitted. MOtor must be mounted in line. GEARS - Any Width - Maximum 2 1/4 inches
SSA TOP SPORTSMAN SSA/TS (similar to P/M Pro Modified) RECORD HOLDER Matt Cox .829 et/48.84 mph This class is heads up on a pro tree
CHASSIS - Any. Motor must mount in line. INTERIOR - Detailed multi-color 3-dimensional plastic or Lexan interior is mandatory. BODY - Any hard plastic or resin car or truck body. No funny cars, dragsters, or altereds. Must retain windsheild, rear window, front and rear bumpers. Diaplanes are optional. Trucks must have tonneau cover. Body may be chopped or channeled while retaining over all apearance of the original shape. Must have a hood. Cowl induction hood scoops must be used in combination with a blower, carbs or ram air style scoops. All scoop, blowers, and carbs must measure at least 1/4 inch above the factory hood surface. Parachutes mandatory. REAR SPOILER - Rear spoiler must measure 1/2 inch minimum to 7/8 inch maximum from the rear most part of the body. Spill plates must measure 3/8 inch at the tallest point. Spoiler must be as wide as the trunk lid minimum and no wider than the rear fenders. TIRES - Rear minimum 1 1/16 diameter .500 wide at the contact patch. Fronts are mimum 3/4 diameter oring or foam tire. MOTOR - Pro Slot SSA group 20 Part #PS-739-D only. Brushes and springs may be changed. Shunting allowed. GEARS - Any 64 ptch crown or pinion. WEIGHT - Minimum 120 grams dry.
Pro Stock Truck PS/T RECORD HOLDER Matt Cox .784 et/50.28 mph This class runs heads up on a pro tree
CHASSIS - Any. Motor may be in line or side winder. Ball bearings allowed INTERIOR - Detailed multi-color 3-dimensional plastic or Lexan interior is mandatory. BODY - Any lexan extended cab pick up. Must have a molded in cowl induction hood scoop. Bed must retain tonneau cover. Molded in rear spoilers only. No spoiler extension. Tonneau cover may not be cut and raised into a rear spoiler. Must retain 1/8 inch of front bumper or 1/16 inch of front diaplane. Rear bumper may be cut off. Tailgate and tail lights must remain 100% in tact. Wheel wells may be left in but must remain 100% clear . PAINT - Bodies are encouraged to display one large sponsor name on each rear quarter panel or door. Sponsor name must be a minimum of 1/4 inch tall letters. Driver name may take place of the sponsor on the doors.Trucks without sponsors must have multi color paint. All trucks must display contingency decals. All sponsors must be decals, stickers or paint. Windshield and door windows must remain clear. All other windows may be painted black only. Tonneau cover, rear wing or side windows do not qualiy as a second color. TIRES - Rear - minimum 1 1/16 diameter any width. Fronts - mimum 3/4 diameter o-ring or foam tire. any width. MOTOR - Pro Slot S16C armature up to 45 deg timing. Proslot SRS or VIP "C" can only. Single ceramic magnets. Any Brushes and springs. Shunt wires are permitted. No Ball bearings. GEARS - Any 64 ptch crown or pinion. WEIGHT - Minimum 90 grams dry.
